The minor hurlers took on St. Colms in Leap on Wednesday evening 13/4/11. After encouraging a few more to turn out the team had the luxury of two valuable subs. It is one thing to field a team but the effort has also to be put in. The team worked hard and surprised themselves with a decent performance. The skills may need working but with the proper application things can be achieved. After a good contest the team was victorious on the score 4-2 to 2-3 and gives encouragement going forward.
